Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances: + Act 33 with renewal + Act 34 with renewal + Act 73 FBI Clearance with renewal + Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Temporary Practice Permit (TPP) + Current licensure in the facility's state or a multistate license under the Nursing Licensure Compact (NLC).
