If so, this is your chance to elevate your career What Youu2019ll Do As A Legal Assistant / Paralegal : u2705 Organize and maintain case files in both digital and physical formats u2705 Prepare and proofread correspondence for clients, courts, and opposing counsel u2705 Coordinate attorney schedules, travel arrangements, and deadlines u2705 Handle electronic and paper filings for motions and pleadings in state and federal courts u2705 Assist with drafting, reviewing, and formatting legal documents and trial materials u2705 Support attorneys during hearings, depositions, and trial preparation u2705 Contribute to trial team efforts when needed Requirements What Weu2019re Looking For: u27143+ years of experience in a legal support role (Legal Assistant or Paralegal) u2714 Strong background in civil litigation; real estate or construction litigation experience is a plus u2714 Bacheloru2019s degree or Paralegal certification preferred u2714 Familiarity with trial preparation and courtroom procedures u2714 Proficiency with legal document management systems (experience with NetDocuments or Centerbase is a bonus) u2714 Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines u2714 Tech-savvy with excellent written and verbal communication skills Perks & Benefits: ?
