H-2B Job OrderEmployer's name, Geographic location and Need:T&D Concrete Construction LLC. is looking to fill 4 Construction Laborer positions in Ingham County, MI. This is a temporary, full-time seasonal position and we are looking to fill 4 job openings for employment from 3/20/2026to 11/17/2026.Additional Worksites: Worksites are in Ingham, Kalamazoo, Oakland, Genesee, Clinton, Allegan, Eaton, Barry, Shiawassee, Livingston, Ionia, Gratiot, Kent counties in Michigan.Job Description:Duties: Perform tasks involving physical labor at construction sites. May operate hand and power tools of all types: air hammers, earth tampers, cement mixers, small mechanical hoists, surveying and measuring equipment, and a variety of other equipment and instruments. May clean and prepare sites, dig trenches, set braces to support the ideas of excavations, erect scaffolding, and clean up rubble, debris, and other waste materials. Assist with positioning or dismantling forms for pouring concrete, using saws, hammers, nails, or bolts. May assist other craft workers.Requirements:Must be able to lift 50 pounds, extensive pushing/pulling, extensive walking.Terms & Conditions of Employment:$29.89/hr., at 40 hours a week, Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (schedule varies). Overtime rate of pay is at least $44.84per hour. Overtime will be available as needed. Higher pay and/or other incentives based on performance. In accordance with applicable Michigan state law, Earned Sick Time Act 338, employers are required to provide earned sick time to their employees. The amount of paid sick leave provided may vary depending on the size of the bound Transportation:Transportation: From the place from which the worker has come to work, whether in the U.S or abroad, to the place of employment, if the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, the employer will provide advance payment of transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of employment.Outbound Transportation:Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for worker's reasonable cost of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.Daily Transportation:Employer will provide daily transportation to and from worksites.Disclosure of daily subsistence amountDaily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00per day with receipts.3/4ths guarantee not required due to 2016 Omnibus:Three- fourths guarantee: The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period.Provision of tools, equipment, and supplies:Tools, equipment and supplies: The employer will provide workers at no charge; all tools, supplies & equipment required to perform the job.Single Work Week guarantee and frequency of pay:Miscellaneous: The employer will use a single work week as its standard for computing wages due; The pay period is bi-weekly.Statement of deductions from worker's pay:The employer will make all payroll deductions required by law and will not make any deductions which are not required by law.Re
