To perform job duties in accordance with the medical center's purpose.Education & ExperienceMaster's degree plus one (1) year of experience in Healthcare Management, Healthcare Quality Improvement, Case Management, Performance Improvement, direct patient care, or related field, or Bachelor's degree plus three (3) years of experience in Healthcare Management, Healthcare Quality Improvement, Case Management, Performance Improvement, direct patient care, or related field.Valid RN license.u00a0Certifications, Licenses or Registration Required:u00a0 Valid RN license.u00a0 Six Sigma Green Belt or above certification preferred.u00a0Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesKnowledge of current theoretical approaches to delivering nursing care and strategies for examining and applying relevant concepts.u00a0 Knowledge of performance improvement concepts and the ability to participate in developing and implementing strategies to address opportunities for improving the care delivered to patients.u00a0 Verbal and written communications skills.u00a0 Leadership and team building skills.u00a0 Presentation skills.u00a0 Problem solving ability.u00a0 Organizational skills.
