Job Description

The position is for an Executive Assistant to the President of New Element LLC, a business specializing in construction and smart security systems. Provide requested and required administrative support to alleviate the owner from having to handle mundane administrative functions. Perform routine administrative functions including: Prepare all required documents and correspondence including reports detailing marketing and sales, budgets, businessrecords detailing operations, financial, budgets, and personnel issues; handle requests for information directly or by forwarding to employer; coordinate and direct office services; responsible for providing administrative and clerical support pertaining to the company web site, social media, sales, marketing, customer service, billing; maintain and coordinate owner's schedule.Jobsite: Redmond, WA & may work remotely.Requires a high school diploma and 2 years of experience. Experience as a Development Manager is acceptable, or any suitable combination of education, training or experience thereof.
