These examples do not include all of the functions which the employee may be expected to perform.1.u00a0Assesses, plans, and delivers accurate medical nutrition therapy using established standards and evidence.2.u00a0Incorporates principles of culture-competence and family-centered care.3.u00a0Trains and observes RDs, interns, and students in their clinical practice. Provides feedback to enhance understanding and compliance.4.u00a0Pursues professional growth and skill development.5.u00a0Actively contributes to rounds, care conferences, and care coordination. Collaborates and promotes teamwork to achieve positive patient and client outcomes across the organization and/or within the department.6.u00a0Proactively connects with Clinical Nutrition team members and other disciplines in the organization to identify Clinical Nutrition-related issues, potential solutions, and opportunities for quality and process improvement.7.u00a0Ensures compliance with established regulatory standards and healthcare regulatory requirements by identifying and following policies and procedures for the nutritional care provided.8.u00a0Accurately documents patient care and tracks time/activities for use with benchmarking, billing, and/or productivity in accordance with department standards.9.u00a0Participates in advocacy, policy and procedure review, quality improvement and/or research.10.u00a0Collaborates as a member of committees, task forces, and/or workgroups.11.u00a0Works collaboratively as a member of committees, task forces, and workgroups, and is involved in projects that support the organization's mission.12.u00a0Financial Responsibility: Assists in achieving departmental financial budget targets.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSEDUCATION - Bachelor's DegreeEXPERIENCE - Three (3) years clinical nutritionLICENSURES - Registered Dietitians (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionists (RDN) adhering to the Commission of Dietetic Registration guidelines.Salary InformationPay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience. Annual Salary Range (Based on 40 hours worked per week): $58,900.08 to $88,350.12Benefits InformationHere, you matter.
