DescriptionResponsible for understanding, upholding, and promoting the Everus 4EVER Strategy.Employees Value Execution RelationshipsJOB SUMMARYWe are seeking an Estimator with 2 years technical or business degree and estimating experience to submit estimates for bidsMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSCompletion of an electrical training programTwo years technical or business degree or equivalent combinations of education and estimating experiencePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSElectrical construction experience or construction management degreeEstimator/Project supervisor experienceFive years' experience as electrical estimator preferredKEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIESRequires the knowledge of electrical construction theory.Excellent human relations skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.Demonstrate conceptual estimates and financial analytical skills.Excellent oral and written communication skillsJOB RESPONSIBILITIESProvide technical estimation of electrical projects from bid preparation through job close out documentation to the customer.Quantity takeoff entry into estimating softwareSolicitation and review vendor and subcontractor quotationsReview current material prices levelsReview and estimate addenda as requiredVisit site and/or attend site walk meetingReview big/construction scheduleInitial review of contract if included in bid documentsDraft and submit proposal documentsFollow post bid closeout proceduresAttend weekly estimating team meetingsPerform additional duties as PENSATION & BENEFITSBenefits include Medical/Dental/Vision/401K/LifeADDITIONAL INFORMATIONBackground check, credit check, MVR and drug screen may be required (will vary by position).All hiring decisions are based on merit.Disabled/Veterans candidates encouraged to applyAPPLICATION DEADLINE - 01/26/2026BUILD YOUR CAREER WITH ESIESI Electrical Contractors is a proud partner in the growth and development of cities and communities across Ohio.
