Job Family : Management Consulting Travel Required : Up to 10% Clearance Required : Active Secret What You Will Do : The Working Capital Fund Manager will support the planning, management, and execution of WCF and office budgets for a Department of State organization. The incumbent will perform activities including: forecasting, tracking, reconciliation, and reporting, as well as acquisition support for goods and services. Additionally, they will coordinate closely with program managers and leadership to assist with the proper budgeting of funds and compliance with applicable policies. Day to Day Responsibilities May Include: + Manage incoming WCF contributions and ensure proper allocation. + Track revenue and expenses to ensure full cost recovery. + Support rate development and cost model reviews. + Monitor WCF balances and recommend corrective actions when necessary + Participate in and provide briefings and presentations about acquisition process to senior management.
