This organization operates at significant scale, delivering healthcare and housing services through a complex payer technology ecosystem that supports both government-aligned and commercial health programs. u00a0 In this role, you will provide architectural leadership across a highly integrated enterprise environment, guiding secure modernization efforts for systems that process, store, and transmit Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI). You will work closely with executive stakeholders, governance bodies, and engineering teams to ensure systems are resilient, interoperable, compliant, and future-ready. This position is hybrid, anchored to Washington, DC, with in-person participation required for key meetings and collaboration as needed. RESPONSIBILITIES: + Lead architecture design for complex, multi-system integrations across enterprise payer platforms + Participate in governance forums -u00a0Architectural Review Board (ARB), security and compliance reviews and Change Advisory Board (CAB) + Define and document current-state, transitional and target start architecture + Architectural support of payer systems including: claims processing, enrollment and eligibility platforms, Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM)u00a0integrations,u00a0CRM and call center platforms and care/case management systems + Design secure integrations patterns (API's, middleware, EDI batch and event driven) + Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards, interoperability requirements, scalabilityu00a0and resiliency objectives + Develop and deliver executive level briefings and governance materials QUALIFICATIONS: + Bachelors Degree with 12+ years of enterprise IT experience + Demonstrated experience designed complex,u00a0multi-systems integrations + Experience in healthcare or health plan/payer environments + Knowledge of CMMC level 2/NIST 800-171 requirements + Experience supporting systems handling CUI + Strong understanding of API's, EDI, middleware, batch and data exchange patterns PREFERRED QUALIFCATIONS: + DoD, TRICARE or government-aligned healthcare experience + Experience supporting CMMC readiness or assessment activities + Healthcare EDI experience (834,837,835,270/271) TDI does business with the federal government, which restricts employment to individuals who are either US citizens or lawful permanent residents of the United States. u201cTDI is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
