The successful candidate will join a world-classinstitution that encourages, values and supports interdisciplinarybasic, clinical and population health research, and attracts scholarsand students from around the world. The faculty member will provideprimary care at various skilled nursing facilities. The candidate willprovide clinical teaching to medical students, residents, and fellows.Madison is the state's capital city with a population of over 252,000,and offers an ideal combination of natural beauty, stimulating culturalevents, outstanding schools and outdoor recreation. This position isfull or part time, 20%-40% This position requires work to be completedonsite, at a designated campus work location. This position has beenidentified as a position of trust with access to vulnerable populations.The selected candidate will be required to pass an initial caregivercheck to be eligible for employment under the Wisconsin Caregiver Lawand repeated every four years.
