About the Role The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in complex or highu2011stakes litigation, along with the maturity, judgment, and organizational skills needed to handle a sophisticated, highu2011volume caseload in a fastu2011paced environment. Requirements Key Qualifications + 3+ years of litigation experience, ideally in complex or significant litigation matters + Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and build strong working relationships + Exceptional research and briefu2011writing abilities, including experience managing written discovery + Comfortable overseeing case progress, interacting with clients and cou2011counsel, taking and defending depositions, appearing in court, and preparing filings + Experience across all stages of litigation, including: + Pleadings + Discovery + Motion practice + Strategic case development + Professionalism, confidence, and strong judgment when engaging in depositions, hearings, and client meetings + Ability to work closely with partners and colleagues on multifaceted, highu2011impact cases Why Join This Team?
