As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (SeniorRecruiter), you'll operate as a true talent advisor, partnering closelywith hiring managers and HR Business Partners to attract and hirehigh-quality professional and technical talent across the organization.This is a hybrid role (3 days in-office) and will be based out of ourHeadquarters in downtown Milwaukee, WI. This role is ideal for anexperienced, in-house recruiter who enjoys autonomy, values strongstakeholder relationships, and wants to contribute beyond day-to-dayrecruiting through mentorship, process improvement, and strategic talentinitiatives.What You'll Do Full-Cycle Recruiting Own full-cyclerecruiting for professional and technical exempt and non-exemptroles-from intake through offer acceptance Lead recruiting forhard-to-fill and niche positions requiring specialized skill sets Designand execute targeted sourcing strategies using direct sourcing,referrals, job boards, social media, and external partners when neededHiring Manager & HR Partnership Serve as a trusted advisor to hiringmanagers and HR Business Partners Provide market insights, talentavailability data, and hiring recommendations Facilitate structured,bias-aware interview processes Proactively manage expectations aroundtimelines, compensation, and market conditions Talent Market ExpertiseProvide real-time intelligence on compensation trends, competitor hiringactivity, and candidate availability Understand local and regionaltalent markets and competitor landscapes to inform sourcing and hiringstrategies Process, Compliance & Candidate Experience Ensure compliancewith employment laws and internal policies (EEO, OFCCP, data privacy)Maintain accurate documentation and data integrity within WorkdayDeliver a positive, inclusive candidate experience from first contactthrough offer acceptance Leadership & Continuous Improvement Mentor andprovide informal guidance to recruiters and stakeholders Identify andlead process improvements using best practices and data Support employerbranding, campus recruiting, outreach initiatives, and key TAprojectsWhat You Bring Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business,or a related field 6+ years of progressive, full-cycle recruitingexperience Strong experience recruiting professional and technicaltalent...
