Director of Strategy Digital Commerce

This role goes beyond traditional product management or ITownership. It is astrategy and enterprise execution role, focused onsetting direction, aligning stakeholders, and driving progress acrosscomplex, cross-functional initiatives in a B2B industrial environment.This is ahybrid role based out of our corporate headquarters inMilwaukee, WI. WhatYou'llDo Lead the development and executionofdigital commerceandchannel strategy aligned with Distribution goals.Translate strategy into a clear roadmap of initiatives, milestones, andmeasurable outcomes. Define howecommercesupportsandenhancessales andservicein a complex B2B model. Partner with Sales, Service, Operations,IT, Product, and Marketing to drive alignment and execution. Leadcross-functional workstreams through influence and collaboration.Establish governance, KPIs, and progress tracking to supportaccountability and momentum. Shape digital customer experiencesacrosspartsordering, service requests, scheduling, invoicing, andcustomer portals. Support changemanagement and communication efforts todrive adoption across teams and customers. WhatWe'reLooking For 7+years of experience, including3+ yearsin strategy consulting and/orstrategy roles within B2B, manufacturing, or industrial environments.Experience building or scaling B2B ecommerce or digital commercecapabilities in complex business models, including third party platforms(Amazon Business, Grainger,etc.) Proven ability to develop businesscases and support executive-level decision-making. Strong analytical andstrategic thinking with a bias toward action. Ability to leadinitiatives without direct authority and work effectively across teams.Hands-on, adaptable mindset with strong interpersonal skills.Familiarity with ERP, CRM, ecommerce, and service platforms.MBApreferred;experience working client-side after consulting a plus.
