Asa result, to continuous growth, we are looking to add a motivatedIndustrial Wastewater Treatment Operator to join our team. Thesuccessful candidate will be responsible for operating, monitoring, andmaintaining our industrial wastewater treatment systems to ensurecompliance with environmental regulations and company standards.Responsibilities Operate and maintain wastewater treatment equipment andsystems. Monitor treatment processes and adjust controls to ensureoptimal performance. Conduct regular inspections and preventivemaintenance on equipment. Collect and analyze water samples to ensurecompliance with regulatory standards. Maintain accurate records ofoperations, maintenance, and sample analysis. Troubleshoot and resolveoperational issues and equipment malfunctions. Adhere to all health,safety, and environmental policies and procedures. Collaborate with teammembers and communicate effectively with management to schedule andcarry out responsibilities. Develop standard work procedures. Assistwith operations of industrial wash systems. Qualifications High schooldiploma or equivalent; technical certification in wastewater treatmentpreferred. Bachelor's degree in related field preferred. Experience inindustrial wastewater treatment operations, highly desired. Strongunderstanding of wastewater treatment processes and equipment. Knowledgeof environmental regulations and compliance requirements. Excellentproblem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to workindependently and as part of a team. Strong communication andorganizational skills. Willingness to work flexible hours, includingweekends and holidays, travel to local sites (approx. 5 miles radius),if necessary.
