Room Attendant at CCF Hotel Services, LLC d/b/a Intercontinental Conference Center & Intercontinental Suitesu00a0Start Date: April 1, 2026End Date: November 1, 2026u00a0CCF Hotel Services, LLC d/b/a Intercontinental Conference Center & Intercontinental Suites, located in Cleveland, Ohio, seeks ten (10) full-time, temporary Room Attendants who will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining all rooms, suites, and indoor common areas at the employer's properties, which includes vacuuming floors, dusting, replenishing linens and towels, disinfecting bathrooms, and washing windows.u00a0Will report directly to Executive Housekeeper at Intercontinental Conference Center & Intercontinental Suites.u00a0Three (3) months of experience at a high-end hotel, resort, or private club required.u00a0Applicant must complete pre-employment background check at employer's expense.u00a0u00a0All worksites located in Cleveland, Ohio. Travel between worksites is required. Transportation between worksites is not provided (hotels are within walking distance of each other).u00a0Daily transportation to and from worksite is not provided.u00a0On-the-job training is provided.u00a0Wage: $17.45 - $17.50 per hour, paid bi-weekly.u00a0 Gratuity-eligible position, so actual wage with tips may occasionally be higher.u00a0 Overtime is available at $26.18 - $26.25 per hour.u00a0u00a0Schedule: 40 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 8:00am to 4:00pm, 10:00am to 6:00pm, and 9:00am to 5:00pm. Shift hours may vary.u00a0A single work week will be used to compute wages due.u00a0Housing is not offered, but employer will provide recommendations for rental housing in area.u00a0All deductions from paycheck required by law will be made.u00a0If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will pay directly for and/or reimburse workers for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work.u00a0 Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer.u00a0 The employer will pay directly for and/or reimburse workers for all reasonable inbound transportation and subsistence costs within the first workweek.u00a0 The employer will pay directly for and/or reimburse workers for all reasonable outbound transportation and subsistence costs during the last workweek.u00a0 The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.u00a0 Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts.u00a0u00a0The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period.u00a0The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job.u00a0H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by government (excluding passport fees).u00a0Inquire or send applications, indications of availability, and/or resumes to Ohio State Workforce Agency, 1910 Carnegie Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44115, (216) 777 - 8200.
