Engineer II (Multiple positions):- Develop solutions which support in-app and web-based digital payment services.- Build innovative, highly performant, resilient, scalable, extensible, and secure software solutions.- Establish key, complex business capabilities and platform features.- Deliver high quality software using Agile/Scrum development methodologies.- Drive the realization of strategic initiatives and operational improvements.- Design and build cutting edge Azure Cloud Automation solutions to support Starbucks payment projects worldwide.- Build and maintain Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery pipeline for automated deployments.- Code, test, debug, document and implement complex software applications.- Create more complex prototypes and ensure deliverables are high quality and meet user expectations.- Support system and integration testing activities.- Initiate design reviews for new applications and guarantee adherence to software development standards.- Ensure system performance, uptime and support levels meet or exceed service level agreements.- Gather and understand technical requirements for data and analytics platform features and functions in collaboration with Starbucks business, architect and system analyst teams.Telecommuting permitted up to 100% per week.Full time employment, Monday -- Friday, 40 hours per week.
