Youu2019ll be: u2022 Preparing and testing formulation samples using bead mills, high shear mixers, air jet mills, and blenders u2022 Evaluating samples for physical properties using laser diffraction particle size analyzers, rheometers, density meters, and pH meters u2022 Maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment, and promptly reporting any issues u2022 Labeling samples accurately and documenting experiments in accordance with EH&S standards u2022 Leading by example in laboratory safety and excellent housekeeping practices u2022 Documenting experiment results and communicating status and findings to stakeholders u2022 Preparing documentation for product updates and participating in inventory management as needed This job might be an outstanding fit if you: u2022 Have recently graduated or are about to graduate with a Bacheloru2019s in Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific field u2022 Have laboratory experience (college lab work counts) u2022 Are familiar with bead mills, mixers, rheometers, and other lab instrumentation u2022 Demonstrate strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a passion for safety u2022 Can work independently and adapt to changing projects u2022 Consistently follow EH&S standards, policies, and procedures As part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
