Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a Japanese Customer Service Representative Position type: Full time - Contract Duration: 6+ Months Location: Remote As a Japanese Customer Service Representative, you will: Be Responsible for handling claims, benefits, enrollment, member portal, ID cards, etc., and work with customers to solve problems. Navigate through multiple systems at a time. The ideal candidate will have: Native speaking Japanese and English as the 2nd language. Required HS Diploma or GED with 2 years of customer service experience.
