Summer 2026 - Operations Intern

The Shamrock Students Professional Internship Program is an 11-week program focused on hands-on training in a variety of opportunities throughout the Shamrock Foods Company enterprise. As a Shamrock Student, you will be a part of a cohort of interns focused on real projects that impact the business. In addition to the work, you will do to support your department, you'll get to know your fellow interns through a variety of collaborative projects and events.Essential Duties:Provide support for the operations department in an accurate and timely mannerSupport Transportation and Shipping teams with day-to-day workflow coordination to improve efficiency and turnaround timesAssist in documenting, analyzing, and streamlining transportation and shipping processesPartner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficienciesHelp track performance metrics and support reporting related to shipping accuracy, on-time delivery, and workflow effectivenessOther duties as assignedQualifications:1+ year(s) educational experience and currently pursuing a degree from an accredited college or university with a focus on Operations Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related studiesMaintains a minimum GPA of 3.0Must live in or near Aurora, COStrong written and oral communication skillsStrong sense of urgency and accountabilityDemonstrates expertise in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)Ability to learn and act in a fast-paced environmentEffective task managementHigh level of motivation and adaptabilityGreat attitude and desire to learn and growPay for the role is weighted between $20-23 per hour.Shamrock anticipates closing the application window for this job opportunity on or before December 31, 2026Corporate Summary:At Shamrock Foods Company, people come first - our associates, our customers, and the families we serve across the nation.
