As an ElectricalEngineer Iin our Madison office for Summer 2026, you will help usempower our clients to achieve energy-efficient building solutions, saveglobal environments, and create a better, greener future for all. Why weneed you: In this role, you will initially work with and be mentored byexperienced engineers and will yourself help to mentor designers. Yourinitial assignments will include performing load calculations,determining system sizing and layouts, calculating equipment sizes,selecting equipment, completing field surveys, and reviewing equipmentshop drawings. As you gain project experience, you will take on agreater role in leading electrical project teams, writingspecifications, participating in project meetings with clients and otherconsultants, and supporting construction-phase work. Expertise of ourmost successful Electrical Engineer I: BSEE/BSAE from ABET accreditedschool. Minimum GPA of 2.5. Non-academic internship. Leadershipinvolvement in extracurricular activities/student organizationspreferred. EIT certification (Passed the FE exam) a plus. Internshipexperience in the MEP consulting engineering field preferred. Effectiveskills to help you flourish: Strong spoken and written communicationsskills.
