If appointed on the CHS track, duties will also includeeducation and research components. This position is full or part time,80%-100% This position may require some work to be performed in-person,onsite, at a designated campus work location. Some work may be performedremotely, at an offsite, non-campus work location.Applicants for thisposition will be considered for the titles: Clinical Professor orClinical Associate Professor or Clinical Assistant Professor orProfessor (CHS) or Associate Professor (CHS) or Assistant Professor(CHS). The title is determined by the experience and qualifications ofthe finalist. Contact with vulnerable populations that are non-minors(does not pertain to physicians/providers who work with minors): Thisposition has been identified as a position of trust with access tovulnerable populations. The selected candidate will be required to passan initial caregiver check to be eligible for employment under theWisconsin Caregiver Law and every four years. Key Job Responsibilities:Responsible for the supervision of the clinical training of students.This function is used to describe instructional academic staff positionsin the health sciences and other academic disciplines with clinicalpractices. Individuals appointed at the clinical instructor level mayhave qualifications and training comparable with faculty. Clinicaltitles must have approval of an academic department. Modifiedprofessorial functions have four prefixes or levels: Instructor,Assistant Professor, Associate Professor and Professor.
