Salary Range:$96,500-$116,200 Full benefits and 401k match Position Purpose: TheFacility Manager is to be responsible for the overall plant,administration and transportation operations, along with the financialresults of one or more location(s) within a district. In conjunctionwith the Sales, Customer Service, Accounting and Safety, andEnvironmental groups, the Facility Manager ensures that all regulatorycompliance and safety issues are addressed. The Facility Manager willalso ensure that the location meets or exceeds its goals as it pertainsto safety and regulatory compliance, staying within budgeted costs forthe departments, profit growth, operational service metrics, andcontinuous improvement. Key Job Activities: Oversees operations staffto train and develop an efficient and diverse workforce. They willenforce methods, policies, procedures and other structures to maximizeoptimum utilization of resources, while ensuring compliance and safety.The manager will monitor, coach, counsel, and promote employees, asneeded Ensure that operational and customer related functions arecompleted timely, accurate and sufficiently to meet standards. Meet withthe key team members regularly to discuss and analyze reports with thegoal of improving productivity and service.
