Thesuccessful candidate will have a track record of clinical excellence andacademic contributions as demonstrated through training and/or practiceexperience. The Division of Plastic Surgery leads multi-disciplinaryprograms in Cleft and Craniofacial Anomalies, Craniosynostosis, BrachialPlexus, Birthmarks and Vascular Anomalies, Spasticity, and CongenitalExtremity Anomalies with colleagues from diverse specialties throughoutour growing Children's Hospital. The position will be based at theAmerican Family Children's Hospital, where the division treats patientsacross the breadth of pediatric plastic surgery including cleft,craniofacial surgery, pediatric hand, brachial plexus, pediatricmicrosurgery, adolescent breast surgery, congenital nevi, birthmarks andvascular anomalies, and ear reconstruction. The American FamilyChildren's Hospital is attached to the University Hospital, where anadult plastic surgical practice within the candidate's areas ofexperience and interest will be supported. Applicants for this positionwill be considered for the following titles: Assistant Professor,Associate Professor, Professor, Visiting Associate Professor, orVisiting Professor, on the Clinical Health Science (CHS) track. Thisposition requires work to be completed onsite, at a designated campuswork location. This position has been identified as a position of trustwith access to vulnerable populations. The selected candidate will berequired to pass an initial caregiver check to be eligible foremployment under the Wisconsin Caregiver Law and every four years.
