Job Description: IT Business Analyst - WarehouseManagement Systems Experience Level: 8+ years . What you-ll do: + LeadIT business analysis initiatives within the Warehouse Management Systems(WMS) domain, focusing on supply chain and distribution operations. + Possessstrong knowledge of WMS processes and operations, including end-to-endsystem integrations across CRM, Order Management, WMS, TMS, Procurement,and Financial Systems. + Analyzecomplex business problems, gather and interpret data, and deliveractionable insights to support decision-making. + Plan,execute, and oversee software implementation and rollout activities,ensuring smooth and successful deployments. + Collaboratewith cross-functional teams-Development, Configuration, QA, and BusinessOperations-to drive project success. + Act asthe primary liaison for business stakeholders, providing timely updatesand managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle. + Participatein solution design, configuration, and deployment activities to ensurealignment with business requirements. + Communicateeffectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, translatingcomplex concepts into clear, concise language.
