Job Responsibilities: Main point ofcontact for investor services aspect of client relationships and servicedelivery Perform review of investor subscription documents forcompleteness and follow up as necessary Process and disseminate investorcapital activity documents Perform KYC/AML review of investorsubscription documents Ability to review and understand offeringdocuments, such as LPA and PPM, of private equity funds Work withvarious software platforms to lead the setup and management of investorportals Identify areas for creating operational efficiencies andcomplete special projects as needed Liaise with internal fundadministration team and lead Investor Services aspect of client meetingsTrain and develop other team members Job Requirements: 3 years'experience in Investor Services or related field Experience with a fundadministrator preferred Bachelor's degree is required.
