Our comprehensive services include: proactive management of tools to identify and improve performance; expertise in optics, image processing and motion control with worldwide service engineers, 24/7 technical support teams and knowledge management systems; and an extensive parts network to ensure worldwide availability of parts.Job Description/Preferred QualificationsProactively lead collaborative efforts with product planning and buyers to resolve inventory and supply issues, focus areas for the short term and extended timeframesWork with stakeholders to resolve chronic issues with suppliers such as lead time variance, fill rate, and data quality, and to optimize KLA planning systems to respond to supplier variancesProactively utilize Baxter Planning system and other tools to review inventory projections & supply-demand to prevent potential shortages or excessive inventory, inclusive of planning at the warehouse levelProactively manage short- and long-term supply plans, ensuring we meet service level commitments. These plans involve but are not limited to end of life, obsolescence, and part transition managementAbility to assess purchasing options, optimizing and pre-ordering as needed to reduce costs and improve customer experience levelsTracks and reconciles weekly/monthly metrics versus established targetsParticipate in development of analytics to predict future risks, increase accuracy in supply planning, and provide insight for executive decision-making around sparesExecute structured problem-solving and ensure clear communication to stakeholders on constraints, root causes, and actionsEnsures adherence to company supply chain management standard methodologies, policies, procedures and compliance requirements.High proficiency in MS Excel; MS Access, Data Base, SQL.Experience with Tableau, Power BI or other business intelligence/analytical tools/servicesExperience with SAP MRP and ERP systemGood to have analytical skills utilizing statistical techniques, formulas, and calculationsCritical thinking and strong analytical skills: ability to collect, organize, and analyze data to support demand and supply optimizationBe passionate about continuous process and results improvementsShould enjoy an exciting and fast-paced environment.Ability to work well on cross-functional teams.
