This full-time position is responsible for the clinicalsupervision of Lifeline Counselors on the 988 Wisconsin Lifeline teamwho include a combination of paraprofessionals and bachelor and masterdegreed level staff. The Clinical Supervisor shares the review ofdocumentation and service provision of the entire Lifeline Counselorteam and participates in the training and development of LifelineCounselors. This position is eligible for hybrid/remote work, with anonsite requirement for onboarding and meetings as necessary. Additionalbenefits of this position include professional liability insurance andlicensure credentialing costs covered along with CEU opportunities. KeyResponsibilities Participate in the development of a system that ensuresthat all help seekers receive appropriate services. Participate in thedevelopment of a system that ensures that all Lifeline Counselorsreceive the appropriate clinical supervision, staff development, andin-service training. Participate in the schedule of provision of 24/7on-call clinical support. Advise Clinical Manager on training needs ofstaff to ensure quality service. Qualifications Education Required:Master's degree in social work or related field. Licensure Required:Wisconsin State Licensure as Licensed Professional Counselor or LicensedClinical Social Worker Experience: Required: 3+ years of experienceproviding direct service to help seekers Preferred: 2+ years of clinicalsupervision experience Skills and Competencies: Commitment to theethical treatment of help seekers Ability to establish and maintainrelationships within and outside the agency in a professional mannerAbility to recognize and control one's own biases Ability to expressand transmit ideas and knowledge clearly with reasonable organizationand conciseness Ability to organize one's own time to meet assignedsituations and work demands Minimum Requirements to Work Remotely:Remote workers must reside in the State of Wisconsin; work for 988 mustonly occur while in the State of Wisconsin. Remote workers must have aprivate, confidential workspace and have the ability to double lock anyconfidential information kept at home and appropriately dispose of anyconfidential information stored at home (i.e. shredding) Remote workersmust have the capacity to plug their computer/phone directly into theirmodem/router and provide a high-speed internet report verifyinghigh-speed internet services.
