MAJOR DUTIES &RESPONSIBILITIES Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectivesthrough cultivating existing customer relationships and building newones. Utilizes optical prescription to recommend specific lenses andlens coatings. Assists patients in the selection of frames andcoordinates frames with optical measurements assisting our customers inchoosing the perfect vision solution. Conducts measurements usingappropriate optical tools and consults with Optician as needed. Activelyparticipates and contributes to a positive store environment, fosteringstrong, professional relationships with peers, management, doctors andsupport staff (Target Host partners). Takes pride in the appearance ofstore & shows initiative to keep displays & inventory clean, attractive& organized.
