JOB REQUIREMENTS: POSITION SUMMARYThe Collection Specialist I isresponsible for managing and collecting outstanding accounts receivablefrom customers. This entry-level position involves contacting customersto ensure timely payments and resolving any billing issues. Offer bestin class service and support to internal and external customers withinour finance collections department. We're looking for someone whopossesses these top traits: communication, results-driven, problemsolver, patient, and thinks outside the box. This position is locatedonsite in Appleton, WI. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Contact customers viaphone, email, or mail to collect outstanding payments. Maintain accuraterecords of all collection activities. Assess and resolve billing issuesand disputes in a timely manner. Provide excellent customer service tocustomers. Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile accountsUtilize problem solving skills to resolve customer questions andconcerns Work in a fast-paced environment to answer high volume ofinbound calls Serve as a liaison between internal stakeholdersaddressing inquiries and resolving issues.
