The Teller position is responsible for interacting withcustomers to complete transactions, resolve problems and cross-sellNicolet products and services. Promotes business for Nicolet bymaintaining a high level of customer service and by referring customersto appropriate staff where necessary. This position requires theflexibility for travel throughout the Fox Valley region. As a Teller,you will: Attracts and retains customer relationships by extending acourteous greeting and by providing accurate and timely customer servicewhich includes, but is not limited to, cashing checks, acceptingdeposits, and withdrawals, handling loan payments, dispensing cashier'schecks and bonds, paying savings withdrawals within establishedguidelines to ensure customer satisfaction. Organizes, balances andproofs cash daily to maintain accurate transactions processed.Identifies payees and verifies signatures and endorsements. Stayscurrent on applicable banking regulations and security procedures andpractices to prevent fraud or other bank losses and to comply withregulatory requirements. Answers customer telephone inquiries andprovides information in accordance with Nicolet policies. Assists withnight depository duties, which includes logging bags, processingdeposits, making change orders, issuing receipts, etc. Promotes Nicoletproducts and services by identifying customer needs and suggestingappropriate products to increase customer account relationships.Recommends corrective services to resolve customer complaints. Floatsbetween multiple branches. Uphold Nicolet's philosophy and policies bymaintaining appropriate controls to ensure full compliance withapplicable laws and regulations, thereby fulfilling legalresponsibilities...
