ThePosition: The Senior Integration Analyst is responsible for leading thedesign, development, and optimization of complex system integrationsthat enable seamless data flow across the organization's applicationsand partners. This role acts as a subject matter expert (SME) onintegration architecture, data exchange standards, and best practices.This individual partners with business units, application teams, andvendors to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable integration solutions.They also provide technical leadership, mentor junior analysts, and playa key role in shaping integration strategies to support business growthand operational efficiency. Serve as the lead analyst and subject matterexpert for enterprise integration initiatives and middleware platforms.Design, develop, and maintain complex integrations connecting ERP, CRM,and third-party systems, as well as data integrations for data warehouseand business intelligence initiatives (ETL, etc.). Collaborate withbusiness stakeholders and IT leadership to define integrationrequirements, architecture, and data flow strategies.
