What You Will Do Provide leadership anddirection for Silgan's surveillance and door access systems acrossmultiple sites. Plan, coordinate, and execute new installations,upgrades, and maintenance projects from start to completion. Overseeoperational performance of DVRs, cameras, monitors, multiplexers,switchers, and related components. Configure, manage, and maintainaccess control systems across Silgan facilities. Administer and supportaccess control technologies, including Kantech-Entrapass, VirtualKeypad, Keri, CCure, Paxton, and Premisys. Manage and maintain videosurveillance platforms such as ExacqVision, Axis Communications, andSpeco. Interpret technical drawings and engineering plans to ensuresystem accuracy and efficiency. Develop and maintain relationships withvendors for system maintenance, upgrades, and equipment procurement.Perform hardware and software installations, updates, and systemintegrations. Evaluate and monitor network and power infrastructuresupporting surveillance and security systems. Troubleshoot and resolvetechnical issues to maintain system uptime and reliability. Maintaindetailed documentation, drawings, and standards for system configurationand troubleshooting. Track performance metrics, uptime standards, andcompliance with internal policies and safety guidelines.
