Job Title: Subject Matter Expert (C - AH) Position Overview This expert demonstrates the highest level of specialized knowledge and professional expertise within the organization. This individual provides strategic advisory support, leveraging unique, one-of-a-kind expertise and is capable of solving highly complex management challenges in efficient, innovative, and unconventional ways. Provide input, advice and analysis identify, plan, and recommendations to maximize effectiveness of system operation and the logistic support system. Key Responsibilities u00b7 Provide expert-level management consulting services in a specialized domain area u00b7 Analyze and resolve complex organizational, operational, or contractual challenges u00b7 Develop innovative solutions and strategies to address high-impact management issues u00b7 Perform senior-level advisory roles equivalent to GS-13/14 or higher responsibilities u00b7 Evaluate policies, procedures, and organizational frameworks and recommend improvements u00b7 Support executive leadership with strategic planning, assessments, and decision-making u00b7 Produce high-quality reports, briefings, and recommendations for senior stakeholders u00b7 Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor within the organization - Identify, plan, and recommend technical tasks, both engineering and logistics analysis, to ensure continued operation and maintenance of a system with managed risk. - Provide input, advice, analyses and recommendations for RAM engineering reviews, Performance Based Logistics (PBL) RAM metrics, reliability programs, design analyses, RAM improvement programs and integrated diagnostics programs. u00b7 Contribute thought leadership and best practices informed by professional recognition and experience - Other duties as assigned - Must adhere to the company's AS9100 and QMS policies, procedures and guidelines Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities u00b7 Exceptional expertise in a specialized management or functional domain u00b7 Proven ability to solve complex problems using efficient and unique approaches u00b7 Strong analytical, critical thinking, and strategic planning capabilities u00b7 Ability to operate independently with minimal oversight u00b7 Excellent written and verbal communication skills u00b7 Demonstrated leadership and senior-level advisory experience u00b7 Recognition by professional societies or peers within the field u00b7 Ability to influence decision-making at executive and senior leadership levels Education and Experience u00b7 Bacheloru2019s Degree (BS) plus 8 years of relevant experience, or u00b7 High School Diploma (HS) plus 18 years of relevant experience .
