We have an excitingopportunity for an Infrastructure Practice Area Leader to join our GreenBay office. This role is ideal for a motivated civil engineeringprofessional who excels in communication, enjoys leading high-performingteams, and is seeking a leadership position with meaningful influenceover people, projects, and client relationships. The successfulcandidate will work directly with public and private sector clients,lead multidisciplinary project teams, and play a key role in mentoringand developing staff. This position offers the opportunity to build uponGRAEF's strong reputation, established client base, and collaborativeculture, supported by experienced technical staff across the firm.Responsibilities Lead and mentor the Civil and Survey teams in the GreenBay office, including both municipal (public sector) and sitedevelopment (private sector) practices. Lead and manage multi-disciplineinfrastructure projects, including scope and fee development, writingproposals, project management and technical leadership. Coordinatework-sharing efforts across offices in collaboration with the Directorof Civil Engineering. Advise and develop project managers, fosteringincreasing independence, accountability, and leadership capacity. Serveas a technical and professional resource for multidisciplinary projectteams. Promote a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, andprofessional growth within the practice area. Support the Office Leaderwith identifying, developing, and managing client relationships andbusiness development initiatives. Represent GRAEF at professionalorganizations, conferences, and industry events to promote the firm andexpand market presence. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in CivilEngineering. Professional Engineer (PE) license in Wisconsin (required).Minimum of 8 years of civil engineering design experience, with abackground in municipal infrastructure and/or site development.Demonstrated experience in staff leadership or team management.
