JOB REQUIREMENTS: Department: Food & Beverage Reports to: ConcessionsManager Supervises Others: Yes DOL Status: Full-Time Exemption Status:Hourly; Non-Exempt General Summary: Responsible for the set-up andclean-up, moving, and re-arranging of stands and equipment, maintainingthe cleanliness of assigned areas and ensuring compliance withestablished food handling sanitation practices. Serves as main contactto manage the ongoing interactions and partnerships between PMI and itsfood and beverage suppliers. Job Duties: Demonstrates and embodies thePMI Entertainment Group Culture and Customer Service values. Assists theFood & Beverage Department with the organizing, set up and clean-up ofservices before, during and after events or as assigned by the Food &Beverage management team, to include the moving and re-arranging ofstands and equipment. Leads concessions product progression process(receiving deliveries, unloading and sorting, processing product, andflowing product to the allocated location). Reinforce asset protectionstrategies to eliminate shortage. Coaches direct reports in the momentand provides recognition. Participates in weekly workload planningmeetings. Assists in interviewing and onboarding new team members,alongside HR department. Adheres to state, federal, and corporate liquorregulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors andintoxicated guests. Maintains cleanliness and organization of concessionstands and food and beverage areas. Assists with the planning, set-upand organizing of concession stands and lounges in the facility. Ensurescompliance and always follows established food handling sanitationpractices. Always maintains a neat and clean personal appearance.Assists in maintenance of food & beverage equipment (i.e., beer lines,grease traps, etc.). Interacts with patrons and vendors while providingsuperb customer service. Follows all company directed safety practices.Schedules and trains stocking team on job duties, proper safety, andsanitation procedures, customer service, etc. Handles inventorytransactions in the receiving and delivery of product, which includesproper storage, concession stand placement and maintaining of parlevels. Guides and assigns daily work tasks to a stocking team andmonitors completion. Participates in F&B Manager on Duty rotation andassists on small events when needed. Other duties as assigned.Qualifications Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: Ability tolearn the venue's POS system is required. Knowledge of sales and mathat level normally acquired through completion of high school. Analyticalskills necessary to subtract and add product inventory. Interpersonalskills required to maintain positive customer relations with co-workers,supervisors, clients, and a variety of company personnel when preparingthe complex for events. Must be outgoing and enthusiastic to interactwith patrons and become part of the entertainment atmosphere. Must beable to communicate providing verbal feedback in a professional manner.Ability to give and receive information. Knowledge of the operation ofconcessions or food preparation equipment is preferred. Must be able tooperate cash register, credit card processor and standard foodpreparation or concessions equipment, as well as forklift andpallet-jack operation. Other Expectations: Requires manual dexterity tooperate cash register or credit card processor. Requires eyesightcorrectable to 20/20 to read numbers and invoices. Requires hearingwithin normal range for vendor orders and radio transmitting. Requiresstanding, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods of time.Must be able to lift and carry approximately 50 lbs. Required to workdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays as dictated by the event scheduleto meet business needs.
