Employer's name, Geographic location and Need:Bath Inc. is looking to fill 50 Landscaping and Groundskeeping Worker positions in Larimer County, CO. This is a temporary, full-time seasonal position and we are looking to fill 50 job openings for employment from 3/31/2026 to 10/30/2026.u00a0Additional Worksites: Worksites are in WELD, LARAMIE, & LARIMER COUNTIES, COu00a0Job Description:Duties: Duties include sod laying, mowing, trimming, pruning trees, shrubs and plants, installation of plants, trees and shrubbery, watering plants and lawns, plant transplanting, fertilizing, digging, raking, sprinkler installation and installation of mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units. Workers may gather and remove litter, operate powered equipment and drive company vehicles to customer locations. All the trimming/pruning will take place on the ground. The workers will not perform any pruning or trimming activities above ground level.u00a0Requirements:MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT AND CARRY 60 POUNDS. POST-HIRE DRUG SCREEN REQUIRED AT EMPLOYERS EXPENSE.u00a0Terms & Conditions of Employment:$21.25/hr., at 40 hours a week, Mon-Fri,7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (schedule varies). Overtime rate of pay is at least $31.88 per hour. Overtime will be available as needed.u00a0Higher pay and/or other incentives based on performance.u00a0Inbound Transportation:Transportation: From the place from which the worker has come to work, whether in the U.S or abroad, to the place of employment, if the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, the employer will provide advance payment of transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of employment.u00a0Outbound Transportation:Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for worker's reasonable cost of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer.
