Requirements:- High School diploma or State Equivalency Certificate is required - bachelors degree in civil engineering or construction management, preferred- Minimum ten (10) years of specific construction management and/or construction inspection experience on assorted construction project types- At least three (3) years equivalent of full-time CPM construction schedule development and/or review- Licenses and Certifications - Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP), Professional Engineer (PE), preferred- Training - Must be proficient in the use of Primavera P6 scheduling software including:- 1. Preliminary Construction Schedule Development during Design Phase 2. Development of Detailed Construction Phase Schedules 3. Development of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for Major Work Activities 4. ICPM Development and Review 5. Monthly Schedule Updates and Written Narrative Reports 6. Forensic Schedule Analysis for Claims Support 7. Time Impact Analysis (TIAs)- Good Communication Skills- Report writing skills required for producing schedule review reports- Must be able to deliver oral presentations related to scheduling interpretations and/or dispute resolution negotiations- Excellent computer software skills required (Microsoft Word and Excel) for completing reports, spreadsheets and related project documentation or project controls utilizing eConstruction web-based, file share technologiesBenefits:WRA recognizes that employees play an important role in its success.
