This includes basic aspects of troubleshootingand diagnostics. - Meet and exceed customer demands by providingefficient, responsive, and accurate Field/Shop/on-site maintenance. -Properly maintain all technical information, Field Service Reports,Expense Reports, and Canon property assigned. - Maintain all technicalinformation and Canon property assigned and provide direction to lessexperienced technicians. - Provide the solutions of escalated technicaland/or customer service-related problem areas for any territoryrequested. About You: The Skills & Expertise You Bring Please note: thisis a customer-facing role, and requires compliance with customerpolicies and protocols, which may include COVID-19 vaccination and othermeasures relating to COVID-19. We're looking for a dedicated individualwith: - HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required, plus 1 to 2years of related experience. - A basic understanding of internetenvironments and the ability to complete the 120-day introductory periodand the PDIF (Printing and Digital Imaging Foundations) new-hireclass. - The ability to travel (valid driver's license and acceptabledriving record necessary). - The capability to work in a 24/7environment, while performing shift work and on-call rotations. -Required to take all necessary steps to obtain security and/or otherclearances required by customers to enter the customers' premises. -Must be able to lift 50 pounds and be active more than 50 percent of thetime (walking, standing, stooping/kneeling). In accordance withapplicable law, we are providing the anticipated hourly rate for thisrole: $21.50 to 30.75 hourly. This role is eligible for atransportation allowance.
