Mobile HVAC / Maintenance TechnicianWhat this job involves - Operates, inspects, and maintains all HVAC,refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and productionequipment and systems in assigned facilities to obtain most efficientoperating results and life expectancy. Assures that equipment is beingmaintained in an energy efficient, safe manner and down time is reducedto a minimum by anticipation of necessary repairs keeping records ofpast operating experiences. Performs inspections and repairs to assignedproperty interior and exterior areas, including walls and flooring,installed fixtures, roofing systems, lighting, etc. Strong areas. Strongfocus on operating, maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing facilityequipment on all HVAC/R systems. Individuals are expected to demonstratetechnical expertise in HVAC and refrigeration and be multi skilled inelectrical, HVAC, Piping/Plumbing, Material Handling Equipment andothers in order to successfully complete daily/weekly work assignments.What is your day to day?
