Job Purpose: The Used TruckReconditioning Specialist is the primary contact responsible foroverseeing and tracking the reconditioning of pre-owned trucks. Thisrole ensures pre-owned equipment meet JX standards. The successfulcandidate must demonstrate the ability to work independently, managemultiple tasks simultaneously, and quickly adapt priorities. EssentialDuties & Responsibilities: Honor Commitments: Initiate, coordinate andmonitor reconditioning service cases throughout the reconditioningstage. This includes, but is not limited to creating initial workflowafter reviewing check in, unit repair history review, maintaining unitstatus' in the business system, creating purchase orders for approvedwork requests as well as effectively monitoring repair orders to ensurecosts and timelines are met. Maintain DOT forms. Create PositiveExperiences: Act as a liaison between sales executives and service teamsto ensure all pre-delivery items are completed on time. Communicate withOperations and Used Truck Management team members to ensure units meetJX recon standards and are completed within JX timelines. Provide aprior statement of work upon request to the sales team. Foster Life-LongLearning: Analyze reconditioning repair orders for accurate charges andall required documentation is complete. Unit repair history review.Exhibit Pioneering Spirit: Collaborate with Used Truck InventorySupervisor to workflow Wellness Checks and Pre-Owned truck check ins toensure all pre-owned inventory maintains a front row ready status.Demonstrate Good Stewardship: Effectively monitoring repair orders toensure costs are met.
