Shift: On Call Second Shift(hours would range between 3:30pm - 11:30pm) Shift Premium: Any workperformed/hours worked Monday - Friday, 5:00 pm - 5:59 am and/or anyhours worked on weekends (Saturday/Sunday) will be paid a shiftdifferential of 15% of your base wage.
