Housekeeping Cleaner. The Broadmoor Hotel, Inc. (Colorado Springs, CO) has 85 openings. Job is temporary, full time, from 04/01/2026 - 12/31/2026. 8-hour day shift with minimum 35 hours per week. Shifts: 7am-3:30pm; 8am- 4:30pm; 9am-5:30pm; 1:30pm-10pm; 3pm-11:30pm; 11:00pm-7:00am. Minimum 5 rotating days including weekends. Work in several hotel sites in Colorado Springs, CO, El Paso County.Duties: Bed making, vacuuming, dusting, bathroom cleaning, replenishing and maintaining inventory supplies, mopping floors, offering assistance to guests, completing guest requests for housekeeping related items, cleaning other guest and hotel areas as necessary. Other related duties. Additional responsibilities such as inspecting up to thirty-five rooms per day, correct cleanliness, answering telephones and responding to guest and coworkers needs, reporting excessive cleanliness concerns and major maintenance issues may be assigned.Requirements: Job requires no minimum education or experience. However, pre-employment criminal background check will be carried out equally between the US workers and the H2B workers.Rate of Pay: $19.10 per hour, plus cash tips. Overtime available as needed, paid at $28.65 per hour. 3rd shift schedule assignment (11:00 pm -- 7:00 am) to receive $19.10 + $0.50 per hour. Inspector related assignment to receive $19.10 + $1.00 per hour.A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. Wages paid bi-weekly by check. All deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law will be made. The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, equipment to perform the job. The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three fourths of workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period.The employer will pay upfront for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees).Air transportation to the place of employment will be provided by the employer at no cost to the worker (air travel paid upfront). Ground expenses, subsistence costs will be reimbursed to the worker during the 1st work week. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with valid receipts. If the worker does not complete at least half of the employment period, the worker is expected to refund the employer. Return transportation will be provided if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early by the employer.Shared, subsidized housing provided. Housing is optional.
