We are proud to announce that we areranked among the best resorts in Texas: Top 5 Resorts in the Southwest Conde Nast Traveler and Top 5 Resorts in Texas Travel + Leisure World's Best Awards 2024As PBX:Handling incoming and outgoing phone callsDirect phone calls to appropriate PersonnelAssist all guests and associatesOmni Prompt Response Help LineWake-up callsResponding to guest requestsLearn and disseminate basic hotel informationEmpathetically listen to guest inquiries and provide appropriate responsesAbility to clearly and pleasantly communicate both verbally and in writing in English with guests, management and co-workers, both in person and by telephoneAbility to accurately and efficiently input information into computer systemsAbility to work cohesively with co-workers both within and outside of your departmentAbility to compute accurate mathematical calculationsAbility to think clearly, quickly and make concise decisionsAbility to prioritize, organize and follow upAbility to work well under pressure, dealing with many arrivals and departures within a short period of timePrevious customer service experiencePrevious hotel PBX/front desk experience is strongly preferredPrevious cashiering experience is preferredPrevious guest relations training is preferredMust be able to work flexible shifts including overnights, weekends, and holidaysOmni Hotels & Resorts is an equal opportunity employer - veterans/disability.
