By putting people first, working together to make others successful, and establishing a rich and empowered work culture, we create opportunities for our people and the businesses we serve to be successful.Essential Job Functions:Conduct instructor-led and virtual training, including:Sales trainingLeadership and professional development classesNew employee orientationTrain-the-trainer sessionsIdentify, design and customize training activities to incorporate into training for the specific class and learner needsLeverage multi-media solutions to enhance learning experiencesCollaborate with internal and external subject matter experts to perform needs analysis and identify skill and knowledge gapsPerform administrative tasks such as planning the training calendar, scheduling training events, and sending training feedback surveysCommunicate frequently and effectively with leadership and various project stakeholders to ensure timeliness and quality of deliverablesCollaborate with all members of the Learning & Development Team as needed.Perform other duties as neededRequired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Excellent written and oral communication skillsExcellent presentation and organizational skills Knowledgeable in interactive training, assessments, and evaluation Ability to collaborate with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders and cross-functional team membersProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook) Knowledge of adult learning principlesOpen to receiving and giving feedbackPossess a growth mindsetHigh energyProficient in Video Editing and Document creation softwareProficient in Adobe Creative CloudJob Requirements:BA/BS degree in a related field2-4 years of direct in-classroom training experience ATD Training Certificate a plusExperience facilitating Franklin Covey classes a plusPrior experience facilitating blended learning and/or flipped classrooms a plusAbility to work in-person and virtuallyAbility to travel (up to 25% of the time)Video editing experience preferred.
