REPORTS TO: Corps Officer SUPERVISES: N/A STATUS: Nonexempt SCHEDULE: Part timeFUNCTION: Clean, maintain and repair Salvation Army facilities and properties and all responsibilities that this comes with. Maintain all aspects of property located at the South Wayne Street complex.Clean, paint, remove refuse as directed by Corps OfficerMonitor janitorial supplies and maintain inventory through interaction with Corps OfficerSet up and take down all areas for programs and servicesMaintain grounds, including but not limited to: mowing, weeding, snow removalUnload food and donation trucks and put items away in proper placesMove items to and from warehouse as neededArrange donation pick up with Adult Rehab CenterAssist with loading canteen for summer lunch programAssist with moving food for food pantry High School diploma or equivalent. 2 years of cleaning experience Must clear Salvation Army Criminal Background Check.The Salvation Army’s Mission StatementThe Salvation Army, an international movement, is an evangelical part of the universal Christian church.Its message is based on the Bible.
