Responsibilities: u2022 Deliver high-quality legal representation in workers compensation defense u2022 Foster strong relationships with a diverse community of clients and colleagues u2022 Engage in thorough and efficient research and analytical tasks u2022 Participate in court appearances related to workers compensation cases u2022 Handle related insurance claims as part of the legal service provision u2022 Maintain good standing with the California State Bar u2022 Travel occasionally as per case requirements u2022 Contribute to a congenial work atmosphere, maintaining excellent communication and cooperation with attorneys/lawyers and staff u2022 Participate actively in the firm's Associate Bonus Program.
