Description We are looking for a skilled AEM Producer to join our team on a contract basis in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Responsibilities: u2022 Oversee and manage projects utilizing Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to ensure seamless execution and delivery. u2022 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals with organizational objectives. u2022 Monitor and maintain content management workflows within AEM to optimize efficiency. u2022 Coordinate timelines, resources, and deliverables to meet project deadlines. u2022 Provide guidance and support to team members working with Adobe Experience Cloud tools. u2022 Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure all deliverables meet established standards. u2022 Identify and address potential challenges to maintain smooth project progress. u2022 Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment. u2022 Develop documentation and reports to track project outcomes and performance. u2022 Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in AEM and related technologies. Requirements u2022 Extensive experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Experience Cloud. u2022 Proficiency in managing content management systems (CMS) and related workflows. u2022 Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. u2022 Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively across teams. u2022 Proven track record of delivering high-quality results within established timelines. u2022 Ability to troubleshoot and resolve challenges in project execution. u2022 Familiarity with industry best practices and emerging technologies in advertising and digital production. u2022 Experience working in dynamic environments with tight deadlines.
