Job Description Omni Hotels & Resorts is seeking a full-timePBX Agentfor the beautiful Barton Creek Resort & Spa If you love hospitality, creating amazing customer experiences, and the structure and benefits that come from working with a hotel company then you will love working with Omni We are proud to announce that we are ranked among the best resorts in Texas: Top 5 Resorts in the Southwest Conde Nast Traveler and Top 5 Resorts in Texas Travel + Leisure World's Best Awards 2024 Responsibilities As PBX: + Handling incoming and outgoing phone calls + Direct phone calls to appropriate Personnel + Assist all guests and associates + Omni Prompt Response Help Line + Wake-up calls + Responding to guest requests + Learn and disseminate basic hotel information + Empathetically listen to guest inquiries and provide appropriate responses Qualifications + Ability to clearly and pleasantly communicate both verbally and in writing in English with guests, management and co-workers, both in person and by telephone + Ability to accurately and efficiently input information into computer systems + Ability to work cohesively with co-workers both within and outside of your department + Ability to compute accurate mathematical calculations + Ability to think clearly, quickly and make concise decisions + Ability to prioritize, organize and follow up + Ability to work well under pressure, dealing with many arrivals and departures within a short period of time + Previous customer service experience + Previous hotel PBX/front desk experience is strongly preferred + Previous cashiering experience is preferred + Previous guest relations training is preferred + Must be able to work flexible shifts including overnights, weekends, and holidays Omni Hotels & Resorts is an equal opportunity employer - veterans/disability.
