Should we be interested in pursuing your application, we will contact you with the specific information.Position SummaryThese positions support programs designed to support non-collegiate educational programs for which teachers are needed including Fisher Early Learning Center and the Ricks Center for Gifted Children. Positions can include:- Teaching assistants- Substitute teachers- Early Childhood teachers- Pre K - 8 teachersThese are non-benefited, part-time positions not to exceed 1,000 hours in a calendar year.Essential Functions- Develop curriculum.- Teach curriculum.- Support teaching endeavors related to area of specificity.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities- Excellent communication skills to include verbal and written communication.- Excellent customer service skills.- Ability to work individually and as part of a team.- Ability to maintain all required certifications and licensures as they pertain to the role.- Skills associated with early childhood learning, K-12 certified professionals and some post-secondary education.Required Qualifications- Professional training or education related to area of teaching specificity.- Experience teaching at level of specificity.Please note that the required qualifications will vary for each position type.Work SchedulePart-time, hours will vary depending upon position.Application DeadlineApplications will be reviewed as they are received.Special InstructionsCandidatesu00a0mustu00a0applyu00a0onlineu00a0throughu00a0[jobs.du.edu](
