Visit us here to learn more about u200bAccenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects ( THE WORK: + You'll develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies and programs aligned with OSHA, EPA, ISO 45001/14001, GMP, FDA, and EMA standards. + You'll conduct site-wide risk assessments and safety audits covering chemical handling, cleanrooms, equipment, waste, and ergonomics. + You'll lead incident and near-miss investigations, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions. + You'll coordinate emergency preparedness planning, drills, and regulatory reporting for inspections. + You'll train and guide employees on HSE regulations, PPE, LOTO, cleanroom practices, chemical hygiene, and spill response. + You'll partner with engineering, operations, quality, and maintenance teams to embed HSE controls into processes and projects. + You'll manage environmental compliance for emissions, effluent, hazardous waste, air and water discharges, and sustainability initiatives. + You'll track HSE performance using KPIs, trend analysis, and leadership reporting. + You'll serve as the site HSE representative during internal and external audits, ensuring timely closure of findings. + You'll drive continuous improvement and foster a proactive safety culture through coaching, reviews, and best practice sharing. + Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships. + With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs. $110,000 - $165,000 a year Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
